Cancellation Policy
To respect our team’s time and accommodate all clients, we require a 72-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service.

No-Show Policy
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Please communicate any changes in advance so we can accommodate other guests.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays happen. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. We may need to adjust or reschedule your service
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not fully happy with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
We offer complimentary adjustments for services within this period.
Adjustments apply only to the original service performed and do not include changes to the initial style or service requested.
We do not offer refunds on services.
Product Guarantee
We stand behind the authenticity and quality of our professional products. If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Unopened products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Your card will only be charged if you cancel within the required notice period or no-show.
All payment information is securely encrypted and stored in compliance with industry standards.
Additional Guests Policy
To maintain a calm and focused environment:
Only clients with appointments may be in the service area.
Guests (such as friends or children) should remain in designated seating areas.
Children are welcome only if receiving a service or accompanied by an adult.
For group bookings (e.g., bridal parties), please contact us in advance to ensure proper accommodations.
