Cancellation Policy
a 72 hour notice is required for any cancelled appointments. A cancellation fee will be applied if this window is unable to be met. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we require that you give us at least 72 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Late/No Show Policy
Arriving Late
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, to respect other clients’ schedules, your service may need to be adjusted.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
No-Show Appointments
Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 50% service charge being added to your next booking. Repeat no-shows may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% service fee.

Credit Card Policy
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card information is securely stored and will not be charged unless in accordance with our Late/No-Show Policy or as otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and No-Show Charges
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time or failure to show up for an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee to the card on file.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payment methods. If you prefer to use a different payment method at the time of service, your card on file will not be charged unless stated otherwise.
Authorization
By providing your card information, you authorize Legacy Hair by Kaur to charge your card in compliance with our policies.
Privacy and Security
We take the security of your information seriously. All credit card details are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with industry standards.
Refunds & Exchanges
Service Refunds
Services: Due to the time and effort involved in personal grooming services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment to meet your expectations.
Missed Adjustments: Adjustments are only available for the original service performed and must be scheduled within the adjustment period.
Product Refunds & Exchanges
Unopened Products: Refunds or exchanges are accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Opened Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. However, if the product is defective or causes an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Additional Guests Policy
Guests in the Salon
Our salon space is designed to comfortably accommodate scheduled clients and our team members. For safety and to maintain a calm atmosphere, we kindly request that only those with appointments remain in the service area.
If you must bring an additional guest, such as a child or friend, please let us know in advance. They may be asked to wait in the designated seating area to avoid disruptions.
Children
For their safety, children are welcome in the salon only if they have an appointment or are supervised by an adult. Please ensure they remain seated and do not enter the service area unless receiving a service.
Group Appointments
If you’re planning to visit with multiple guests, such as for a bridal party or special event, please contact us in advance to coordinate and ensure we can accommodate your group comfortably.
Guarantee Policy
Service Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our hair and grooming services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment to address your concerns and ensure you leave happy.
Please note that adjustments are limited to the original service performed and do not include changes to the initial style or service requested.
Product Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity and quality of the professional products we sell. If you experience any issues with a product purchased from us, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Depending on the situation, we will provide an exchange, store credit, or guidance on proper use.
Conditions
Guarantee adjustments and exchanges are only available if you follow the care instructions provided by our team or as indicated on the product packaging.
Refunds or adjustments may not be honored for dissatisfaction due to a change in preference or results impacted by factors outside our control (e.g., improper care or external damage).
